We are passionate about affordable student living. The City of Vienna built our first international student residence 60 years ago and it was innovative in many ways. We were one of the first to put affordability at the centre of student living, no matter where people come from.

Since then, we have hosted around 30,000 young people from over 100 nations and the popularity is still huge. Affordable housing is the core of our brand today, as it was 60 years ago, and enables young people to live a self-determined life.
